Join our dynamic team at Cora Science, a state-of-the-art testing laboratory committed to delivering exceptional services to our clients. We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Laboratory Coordinator to support our business and quality assurance operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist onsite guests.
  • Collaborate with the laboratory team to support non-technical tasks and enhance team efficiency.
  • Receive and check in deliveries and samples with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Photograph and catalog incoming samples and materials to maintain our inventory and tracking system.
  • Ensure adherence to good documentation practices, including reviewing and maintaining accurate records.
  • Manage and update customer records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Liaise with clients and vendors to address inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Work with the laboratory to ensure supplies inventories are maintained.
  • Prepare samples for analysis according to existing test methods during periods of high volume if technicians become overwhelmed.
  • Order new supplies as needed from vendors.
  • Prepare and process invoices, forms, and other administrative documents.
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform other office tasks and on-site tasks as needed.

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player attitude.
