Our Packagers and Packaging Operators are responsible for the daily setup, operation, and cleaning of our canning and kegging line and the auxiliary equipment used to package our award-winning beer. If you thrive working in a fast-paced environment and want to be part of a dynamic team, this could be the perfect gig for you.

Other duties include but are not limited to performing quality control checks on packaged goods (yes, tasting beer for those 21+ years of age), performing routine maintenance on equipment, stocking and taking inventory of packaging materials, maintaining accurate records of all packaging activities, maintaining cleanliness throughout the packaging areas, and other duties as assigned.

No brewing or packaging experience is required, but prior experience in machine operation or manufacturing is preferred.

What You'll Do:

  • Operate packaging machinery, including bottling, canning, and kegging equipment
  • Ensure each bottle, can, and keg is filled to perfection and adequately labeled
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure our beer meets the highest standards (for those 21+ years of age)
  • Troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance on packaging equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness of the packaging equipment and organization in the packaging areas
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly packaging goals
  • Assist with inventory management and order fulfillment

What You'll Need:

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items (kegs, cases of beer, etc.)
  • Some problem-solving skills and light mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed (we have early morning and afternoon/evening shifts)
  • Previous experience in a packaging or manufacturing role is a plus but not required

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for the duration of shift/lengthy periods
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. unassisted and up to 160 lbs. assisted
  • Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures (beer coolers are cold, production floors can be hot)
  • Ability to safely work with commercial cleaning chemicals
  • Ability to work on uneven, wet, or elevated surfaces
