With a mission to make people feel confident about their skin and look great, Dr. Timothy Jochen started Contour Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery Center in 2001. We have three locations in the Coachella Valley, including Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, and La Quinta. During the year 2022, we expanded into Loma Linda in order to be able to serve patients living in the San Bernardino area. Our practice(s) specialize in Medical and Cosmetic Dermatology, offering a variety of treatments. In addition to offering the most advanced treatment options and the latest technologies for our patients, we are committed to helping them look and feel beautiful.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-2 years of Customer Service experience (preferred)

TYPICAL SCHEDULE:

  • Needs to be available Sunday-Saturday
  • Scheduled 8 Hour Shifts Five days a week
  • Shifts range between 6:00AM – 6:00PM

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include (but not limited to) the following:

  • The ability to maintain a positive, upbeat attitude, to promote and exemplify company values, and to represent the department's interests to both internal and external customers.
  • Respond to internal/external customer needs in a friendly, timely and efficient manner; follow up on complaints, questions, and concerns
  • Build and promote teamwork and collaboration among the team
  • Maintain a safe work environment and take all company-provided safety training.
  • Provide a warm and sincere welcome to all patients and visitors
  • Responsible for checking in and out all patients (collecting insurance information, payments, consents, financial agreements, etc).
  • Facilitates patient flow by communicating with patients’ possible delays
  • Make sure to thank each patient and bid them a fond farewell by answering all their questions and making sure they leave happy.
  • Scheduling patients' next appointments, billing them for services provided, and collecting payment from them.
  • Reconcile all financial reports for all end of day activity reports
  • Performing all other duties as assigned by the Back Office Manager, Office Manager, Medical Director or Executive Director.
