  • Assisting Sales team with writing accurate quotes
  • Act as on-site point of contact for client: Set up, event & breakdown.
  • Creating project targets and timelines that are translated to client and staff
  • Identifying potential risks and liabilities of projects and solutions to mitigate risk if possible.
  • Assist in the creation of project Scope of work based off client vision.
  • Perform quality control tests on project to ensure company standards are maintained.
  • Adjust scheduling and project targets as projects evolve
  • Thorough understanding of all venue operations including: lighting systems, instruments, and design; audio systems, setup, and design; scenery design and construction; rigging; video; stage management.

Needs to be resilient under pressure and in situations with tight deadlines and must be able to handle and resolve situations calmly, quickly, and effectively. Long show days/nights will be required. The PM must be self-starting, able to work independently, and driven to anticipate issues and improve systems and policies on an ongoing basis.
