Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Controller / Office Manager at GRE. The person will be primarily responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and project cost analysis. Additionally this person will be responsible for the administration and maintanance of company payroll, benefits, insurance and other Office Management responsibilities. This role involves working in the Simsbury CT office with flexibility for remote work.

 

Qualifications

  • Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting skills
  • Experience in project cost analysis
  • Strong Excel skills are a must
  • Accounting or Finance degree
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Experience with Procore is a plus and willingness to learn Procore is a must.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of ADP is a plus
  • Knowledge of T-Rowe Price 401k is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of real estate industry practices is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
