Experienced Fire Alarm Installation and Service Technician

In your Installation and Service Technician experience, have you worked with Fire and Life Safety layout, installation, testing or servicing?

What's the shift schedule?

  • Shift time is 8:00 am 5:00 pm
  • As a technician, you will work past 5:00 pm often while in the field.
  • You are on call for one-week periods. You rotate by the number of techs in your field.

Examine Your New Role:

As an Experienced Fire Installation and Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, inspecting and servicing fire and life safety for commercial customers. You will:

  • Complete complex system installs, setup, testing and inspecting
  • Troubleshoot simple and complex life safety systems
  • Handle life safety system layout, installation requirements, testing and servicing
  • Support legacy and/or third-party products and systems

Verify Your Requirements:

  • Min of two years related field experience
  • Solid experience with life safety system including mobile computing
  • NICET Certification preferred or be willing to receive the certification within 1 year
  • Experience working onsite at businesses with commercial construction preferred
  • Ability to work a rotating "on-call" service schedule
  • Clean driving record and background check
