Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Patient Care Coordinator. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for appointment scheduling, providing excellent phone etiquette, coordinating care for patients, utilizing medical terminology, and ensuring the overall well-being of our patients. The role involves working closely with healthcare professionals and assisting in providing the highest standard of care.
Qualifications
- Strong appointment scheduling and care coordination skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience in patient care and customer service
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and healthcare software
- Experience working in a behavioral healthcare setting is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
