We are a small but growing, busy property management company serving more than 60 properties primarily in the Bay Area. We are seeking a Property Manager to become a part of our team. You will work closely with each property and its board of directors. THIS POSITION DOES NOT PROVIDE A HOUSING ARRANGEMENT.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage property projects
  • Property inspections
  • Create management reports
  • Conduct meetings in person and/or video, take meeting minutes
  • Work closely with vendors
  • Interact with owners and board members
  • Correspond via email, phone, and in person with owners
  • Ensure all work orders and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
  • Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years previous experience in property management, homeowners associations or other related fields
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.
  • Able to work some evenings throughout the year
  • Ability to build rapport with owners
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have a reliable vehicle, insurance, valid drivers license and clean driving record

The ideal candidate is someone who pays attention to detail and is very organized; Professional demeanor who has a friendly can-do attitude. Must be able to work independently yet know when to ask for assistance in order to successfully complete assignments on time. Must be able to manage multiple priorities.
