There is no Price Brothers without all the team members that call Price Brothers home." - Lena PriceIf you are eager to join a team where your opportunities are limitless, find your next career at Price BrothersSalary Range: $17-$20 hourly (depending on experience and location)Key ResponsibilitiesDirect and train the team members to achieve the goals of the communityPrepare month-end accounting reports and ensure compliance to the Company's established policy and proceduresPrepare and implement delinquent rent, late fees, evictions and renewalsReceive and post payments on management software systemResponsible for enforcing bad debt collection in compliance with company policies and proceduresInspect apartments recently vacated to determine the disposition of the security depositsPrepare routine maintenance reportsPerform lease administration as needed while maintaining a company closing ratio standardUpdate accurately vacancy list, make ready and leasing progress on a daily basisAssist with all resident relationsRecord all resident correspondence and submit to management for reviewAssist with community marketing strategiesOur Ideal CandidateAt least 2 year experience in the Multi-Family property industry1-2 year of direct sales or leasing experienceExcellent communication (written and verbal), organizational and customer service skillsCommitted to continuous learning to maintain up-to- date knowledge of rules, laws and regulations.Ability to acquire knowledge of operating various computer functions and Property Management Software SystemsMinimum Qualifications:Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the stateBenefitsThe company offers an array of outstanding health and wellness benefits starting the first of the month after 30 days of service.
