Job DescriptionJob Description

We are an HOA Management company (www.lasvegashoa.com) in search of a capable Administration Assistant as a project coordinator for the Community Association Managers. The position is Full Time and pays $16-$18 per hour with the ability to be part of a rapidly growing organization. We offer healthcare benefits. HOA Management experience is preferred but not necessary.

Detail oriented and positive attitude a must Intermediate skills or above in Word, Excel, data entry and task/time management, computer literacy and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer service skills and answer phones will be high volume in this department.

We will provide you all the training you need but we expect you to be resourceful enough to find solutions on your own. Our team is extremely supportive and we are always willing and able to help. We do not micro manage and are looking for candidates with an excellent work ethic who works diligently with little supervision. Our management team is at your disposal to answer questions to ensure items are completed to protocol to better serve our clients.
