Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for ensuring smooth inventory management and
order processing? We are currently seeking a highly motivated Inventory Management and Order
Processing/Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in using the Marketman system, you will play a
crucial role in efficiently handling inbound outbound orders, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate
records to support our operations.

Responsibilities:
1. Order Processing: Process incoming orders received through Marketman, ensuring all details are
accurately captured. Verify order quantities, products, and delivery dates to guarantee seamless order
fulfillment.
2. Inventory Management: Utilize Marketman to monitor inventory levels in real-time. Proactively manage
stock levels, place orders for replenishment when needed, and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet
customer demands.
3. Receiving: Receive incoming shipments and inspect them for accuracy and quality. Use Marketman to
record received items, update stock levels, and promptly resolve any discrepancies with vendors.
4. Vendor Management: Communicate effectively with vendors regarding order status, delivery schedules,
and any issues related to inventory. Build and maintain positive relationships to ensure a smooth supply
chain process.
5. Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately enter all order and inventory data into Marketman to maintain
up-to-date records. Regularly review and reconcile data to identify any discrepancies or inaccuracies.
Requirements:


 Distribution center operations, supply chain experience, or a related field preferred.
 Proven experience in inventory management, order processing, and data entry, preferably using
Marketman or similar inventory management software.
 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
 Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
 Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with vendors, team members, and
customers.
 Proficiency in using technology, including MS Office Suite and inventory management software.
 Knowledge of restaurant or foodservice operations is a plus.
