**What You Will Do**
Position is responsible for ensuring coordinated warehouse logistic support of Sharp Healthcare's ISD's equipment receiving and distribution processes. Ensures compliance and accountability for all equipment transactions. Organizes and monitors storage and distribution of equipment to ensure business sustainability and enhanced customer satisfaction. Coordinates and collaborates with all end customers to ensure timely and accurate distribution of equipment to entities, while maintaining a safe work environment. Proactively identifies improvement opportunities to streamline all warehousing functions to reduce costs and meet distribution needs.

**Required Qualifications**
- Must have experience with automated materiel management systems.
- Experience working with detailed inventory tracking and reporting, and negotiating.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- 3 Years experience in a large supply chain continuum operations setting as a purchasing agent, inventory control, or buyer for information technology and/or services.
- Experience with business software (word processing, spreadsheet, etc.)
- OSHA Forklift Certification - Various-Employee provides certificate -PREFERRED

**Other Qualification Requirements**
- Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience. - Preferred

**Essential Functions**
- Equipment management
Ensure all procedure and documentation for “sign out” and returns are followed and complete.
Coordinate with the Device Deployment team for all equipment that is signed out for delivery following “sign out” procedures.
Coordinate equipment from the warehouse for various projects.
Tag specific IT equipment with asset tags, including all expensive items (ex. PC’s, monitors, phones, barcode readers, etc.) or items that are connected to the network.
Follow procedures for asset tagging and input tag information into Ivanti to ensure proper tracking of equipment.
Manage the NS tags (Non-Supported tags) used to identify Non-Supported IT equipment in the field that require support from the vendor.
Receives, stages, stores, and distributes equipment (i.e., Computers, Monitors, printers, supplies).
Performs additional tasks or duties as assigned.
- Inventory management
Responsible for the management of ISD Warehouse Perpetual Inventory including:
Correctly completing requisition forms.
Pulling the correct equipment from the warehouse and noting the quantity before and after pulling, and running that quantity against the inventory listed in Lawson, auditing for accuracy.
Correctly completing Ivanti tickets: labeling pulled equipment with the ticket to facilitate proper delivery along with creating the receipt that the warehouse receives after the completion of the delivery. Once cycle is complete, receipts are filed with original requisition request.
Inventory Specialists assigned to the ‘Buyer’ position are responsible for entering PO’s accurately in Lawson. Inventory Specialists assigned to ‘Receiving’ position are responsible for pulling out essential details from the PO for delivery instructions.
Inventory Specialists assigned to ‘Receiving’ position create Ivanti Tickets that relates to PO received.
Understands and implements inventory control practices (i.e., Bar coding, Asset tracking, shelf, bin labeling, FIFO).
Inventory Specialists assigned to the ‘Buyer’ position are responsible for managing equipment returns to the warehouse matching returns to original orders, processing credits with proper notes, and re-shelfing.
Manage on-site unscheduled customer purchases and deliveries.
- Other duties
Weekly coordinate Depot runs: download and coordinate all site lists. Update equipment and asset tag info and stage asset equipment to the onsite technician receiving that day’s depot run.
Responds with courtesy and patience to calls/visits from persons who may be angry, distraught, etc. Problem solves as appropriate or directs to appropriate resource, promoting customer satisfaction.
- Vendor relations
Inventory Specialists assigned to the ‘Buyer’ position are responsible for Manage RMA’s / PO returns to vendor.
Requires contact with vendor for a return number (RMA#) and label.
Package equipment securely to ensure no damage to items during transport.
Handing off to proper delivery company.
Track RMA’s in Ivanti and Lawson.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Must have knowledge of all phases of materiel management including ordering, purchasing, receiving, distribution, inventory management, and accounts payable.
