Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the given territory.

  • Generate new sales and achieve growth targets within the assigned territory.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends and potential customers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Conduct regular sales visits to customers within the territory, presenting products and services effectively.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management on progress and key metrics.

  • Address customer complaints and concerns promptly, resolving issues to maintain positive customer relationships.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Sales certification (Preferred)

  • Proven at least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the wholesale or retail industry.

  • 21 years of age or older, at least hold a high school diploma or GED

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to drive own vehicle within the assigned territory.

  • Able to go through a Clean Background check
