Quennell Rothschild & Partners is seeking a full-time landscape designer with a minimum of 3 years work experience to join our friendly, collaborative, and dedicated team. QRP works predominantly in the public realm and seeks a candidate committed to improving the public environment.
Candidate should have experience with all phases of landscape design from conceptual design through the preparation of contract documents and strong AutoCAD skills. Experience with NYC public agency projects strongly preferred.
QRP values in-person collaboration within the office team and will require the successful candidate to work in our lower Manhattan office. QRP is an equal-opportunity employer.

SKILLS
The following skills are required:
• Essential technical skills – AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications. Experience producing technical drawings is required.
• Familiarity with production of construction document sets.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Precise, hard-working, and able to meet project deadlines.
• Excellent design skills, and ability to translate concepts into feasible designs.
• Experience producing realistic graphic renderings and visualizations using 3D modeling skills (Rhino and/or Sketchup) and Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Illustrator, In-Design, and Photoshop).
• Construction administration experience is a plus.
EXPERIENCE
• At least 3 years with a landscape architecture practice or public agency.
• NYC public agency projects
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in landscape architecture from an accredited program.
• Registered or pursuing licensure as a Landscape Architect in New York State is a plus.
