Job DescriptionJob Description

Our client, a Personal Injury Law Firm, is seeking a Pre-Litigation Legal Assistant with experience in case management. Salary range is $20-$25 per hour but negotiable depending on experience plus full benefits. 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to support legal proceedings
  • Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
  • Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations 
  • Record and store client information
  • Over-seeing current legal assistant

​Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience as a pre-litigation legal assistant
  • Case Management experience
  • Familiarity with legal research
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
