We are Winston Water Cooler of North Phoenix. We are a plumbing supply company with a 30,000+ square foot warehouse. We have 5 AZ locations with more to come. We are seeking a Commercial Quotes Writer/Inside Sales to join our team You will look at construction plans and write quotes based off what is specified for the job.

Responsibilities:

  • Look at plumbing plans, write a quote (bid) based off plans
  • Provide an accurate and detailed cost estimate
  • Reach agreed upon bid targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Create submittal packages based off job requirements
  • Help out with inside sales as needed

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in plumbing or wholesale industry is a plus, but not required (will train, pay range you see is based off experience)
  • Job is 95% computer work. Computer literacy is a must. We use Solar Eclipse or Eterm (will train) to write quotes, Excel, PDF's, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to build rapport with clients over the phone or in person.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
