About the Role:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager II to support the Label Partnerships team in executing and scaling global marketing programs. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing content delivery, and utilizing program management tools to drive efficiency and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update program management tools, including Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Track content delivery and manage processes across campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content promotion, data analytics, engineering, and program management) to optimize internal processes.
  • Attend planning and execution meetings to enhance campaign impact.
  • Provide administrative support in managing contracts, payments, POs, and invoices.
  • Aggregate and analyze weekly data and performance metrics to share insights.
  • Review content deliverables to ensure compliance with policies and community guidelines.
  • Develop external presentations to support education on best practices and trends.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital music or marketing (experience with record labels is a plus).
  • Proficient in data tracking methodologies and tools, including Excel, Google Sheets, or specialized software.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their interaction with music.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, multitasking abilities, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Music Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience with contract promotions, content delivery tracking, and deal home tools.
