Stonebrook Apartments is a premier gated community in Tulsa, Oklahoma, offering a luxurious and welcoming environment for our residents. As a 1099 Leasing Agent, you will play a key role in maintaining our community's high occupancy rate by attracting and retaining quality tenants.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Leasing Agent to join our team as an independent contractor. This role is ideal for part time agents with ability to work a flexible schedule. As a 1099 Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for leasing available units, conducting property tours, and providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents. We are paying $300 per executed Lease.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Property Tours: Showcase available units to prospective tenants, highlighting features and amenities to meet their needs.
  • Marketing and Outreach: Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract potential renters, including online listings, social media, and community events.
  • Application Processing: Assist prospects in completing lease applications, verify information, and conduct background checks.
  • Lease Negotiation: Negotiate lease terms and conditions to secure agreements with new tenants.
  • Resident Relations: Provide excellent customer service, addressing current residents' inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Stonebrook Apartments in the local market.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, including traffic reports, prospect follow-ups, and lease agreements.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in leasing, real estate, or sales is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service: A passion for providing outstanding customer service.
  • Sales Ability: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently as an independent contractor with minimal supervision.
  • Organization: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Licensing: A valid real estate license is preferred but not required.
