As the Marketing Manager at First Enroll, you will play a critical role in leading the company’s organic marketing and growth initiatives. In this role, you will maximize search engine visibility for our clients, own digital marketing across the organization, develop marketing content, and be responsible for implementing cutting-edge Google Ads and SEO strategies, optimizing website structures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the company’s overall digital marketing performance.

What you’ll do:
- Manage Google Ads and company social media platforms, driving volume to Agents / Agencies
- Develop a strategy to monitor and increase Google (and other platform) reviews from customers
- Develop, manage, monitor, and execute a transparent SEO strategic plan and vision that aligns with the company’s goals and metrics
- Develop supporting marketing content that will maximize the return on investment (ROI) for campaigns and outreach
- Project management of all content deliverables and milestones
- Develop and execute on the company’s conference strategy – identifying and attending the events that will return the highest ROI for the company
- Provide insightful SEO reports, building data dashboards that highlight key metrics, trends, and recommendations to leadership and key internal stakeholders
- Use custom SEO tooling to optimize and create new landing pages and contact form pages
- Perform keyword research, content gap analysis, and on-page optimizations to enhance organic search visibility
- Manage vendors, vendor relationships, and systems utilized for SEO and marketing content creation
- Maintain comprehensive inventory of all marketing content
- Other duties as assigned
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in Marketing or digital content strategy
- Up-to-date understanding of organic search trends and proven ability to achieve top search ranking results
- Knowledge and experience with marketing on various social media platforms – and how to drive traffic through those platforms
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar tools is required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in developing and maintaining business reports and performing ad-hoc analysis; with demonstrated skills in data interpretation and statistical analysis
- Work Location: South Florida (preferred) or Tinton Falls, NJ
