About the Role:

RockBox Fitness Keller is currently seeking a hands-on Sales Manager who can lead by example and drive high level results of their sales staff. As part of the studio leadership team, the Sales Manager will manage the studio's daily sales efforts, including lead acquisition, lead nurture, membership sales, front desk operations, and housekeeping. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

● Responsible for lead acquisition and nurture ensuring all activities and tasks are completed daily.

● Lead and coordinate initial and ongoing sales drivers (membership sales, studio events, and outreach).

● Overseeing the CRM and operational systems

● Responsible for front desk staffing within the studio

● Resolving any staff issues

● Training and development for all front desk staff not limited to role-playing, skill audits, and regular staff meetings

● Provide and maintain a high level of customer service

● Work directly with the Head Trainer to increase studio utilization and workout traffic

● Studio cleanliness and hygiene

● Member issue resolution

● Model all studio activities through self-involvement (leading by example)

● Other duties as assigned by owner

Skills and Requirements:

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition

● Passion for health and wellness

● Ability to SELL

● Team player

● Must be able to work rotating, weekend, morning, and evening shifts.

● Business acumen

● Experience leading and managing others is preferred
