**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Sort, categorize, and price merchandise, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Assist customers and donors in a friendly and courteous manner, providing information and support as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the store management team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.

**Requirements:**

  • Ability to operate electronic cash registers, credit card draft capture terminals, and other point-of-sale systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for prolonged periods, and move freely throughout the store.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience preferred.
