Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a FrameCAD 325IT, 450 and 550 Machine Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the machine, which is crucial for the precision manufacturing of structural frames and components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine operation, particularly with FrameCAD systems, and a keen eye for detail to ensure the production of high-quality outputs.

Responsibilities:

  1. Machine Operation:
    • Operate the FrameCAD 325IT machine efficiently and safely.
    • Set up and calibrate the machine according to project specifications.
    • Monitor the production process to ensure it meets quality standards.
  2. Quality Control:
    • Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet the required specifications.
    • Address any deviations or issues in the production process promptly.
  3. Maintenance:
    • Perform routine maintenance on the FrameCAD 325IT machine to ensure its optimal performance.
    • Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical or technical issues that may arise during operation.
  4. Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of production activities, including machine settings, output quantities, and quality control measures.
    • Report any deviations, incidents, or maintenance requirements to the appropriate personnel.
  5. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other team members to coordinate production schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.
    • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to interpret project specifications accurately.

Qualifications:

  1. Technical Skills:
    • Familiarity with CAD software and blueprint reading in a PLUS.
  2. Mechanical Aptitude:
    • Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills.
    • Ability to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery.
  3. Attention to Detail:
    • Keen eye for detail to ensure the production of precise and high-quality components.
  4. Communication:
    • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and convey information accurately.
  5. Safety Consciousness:
    • Adherence to safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in operating FrameCAD machines or similar equipment is a PLUS.
  • Additional technical certifications or training in machine operation is a plus.

· Lift 30-50 lbs.

· The production floor is non-climate controlled, but they have fans everywhere and it seems well-ventilated.

 

Schedule: Monday to Friday 6AM to 345PM, you will report at 7AM on your first day only.
