About the Opportunity:

We are currently looking for an efficient Student Services Administrative Assistant to one of the most popular and respected universities based in Boston, MA

-They’re home to a respected women’s undergraduate program, as well as coeducational graduate programs in nursing and health sciences, liberal arts, business, communications, social work, public health, and library and information science

- Your role is responsible for providing efficient and effective student/customer service and administrative assistance to relevant stakeholders

 

Student Services Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

- Calendar management in Outlook - scheduling meetings for the AVP, the department

- Matching up expenses and invoices, prepping the report in Excel

- Supply ordering and inventory, as well as the processing of requisitions, invoices, and other requests

- Prepping contracts and sending them to the right correspondents

 

Student Services Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

- 1+ years of admin or office experience

- Any higher education experience is a plus

- Strong written and verbal communications in various communication styles (phone, mails, etc)
