  • File maintenance and archiving

  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace experience is helpful
  • Answer department phones and assist customers

Fast and accurate typing and data entry, ability to multi-task, and change priorities throughout the workday. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to meet office deadlines and work well with other team members. Good focus and attention to the details. 

8a-5p, M-F. Long-term temporary position with possibility of a temporary-to-hire placement

$18/hr.
