We are seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary talent team designed to provide full cycle recruiting support to hiring teams.

What You’ll Do

This career opportunity will partner with hiring managers to hone in on the much-needed qualifications per vacant opportunity. You will be responsible for sourcing and full-cycle recruiting of all positions including licensed clinical substance use and behavioral health professionals who use a team approach to meet the needs of individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and their support team members. This position is hybrid; 3 days in-office, 2 days remote within Greenville, North Carolina with intermittent travel to headquarters in Raleigh and within the assigned service area for career events.

This full-time, hybrid position offers a flexible schedule Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm without feeling isolated due to frequent collaborative efforts with other Talent Acquisition Professionals and HR team members. What We’re Looking For

To join our team, you must be adept at passive sourcing, have experience providing an engaging candidate experience, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment where you work smart, build relationships, and continue the ongoing growth of the organization. We also require:

  • Minimum of 2 years related experience in Behavioral Health/IDD or Healthcare recruiting background is required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources
