We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and client communication through phone, text, email
- Provide information about Koru K9's services, ethos, and policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Client acquisition - we spend a considerable amount of time training our team members up on all things dog training, and Koru K9. Once they are ready, the majority of the time is spent on phones talking to clients about our services.
Attention to detail is a MUST. This is a very busy position with a LOT of details and a LOT of volume. Communication is critical. Being a team player is mandatory. We love somebody who take accountability, ownership, and can deal with this fast paced, high volume, stressful position. Hard work is rewarded You can see plenty of success stories in our own office team.
This position is full time and five days per week. After the initial training period, the hours will be 11AM to 7PM PST Monday through Friday. Preference will be given to candidates who would be willing to work one day on the weekend.
Qualifications:
- This is an entry level position. However, previous experience in the dog industry, customer service, sales, or other related fields is a plus
- This is an important position that relays empathy, and the message that we can help.
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Attention to detail is a MUST.
