Bookkeeper

Bookkeeper duties will include all bookkeeping tasks including AP, AR, Cash Receipts, Trust Account management including case settlement distributions, medical lien management and trust account reconciliation. Other duties will also include handling and litigation case expenses, assisting with payroll, vendor payments, etc. Some of the other duties will include Balance sheet entries and preparation of profit and loss report preparation for their accountant’s year end tie outs and partnership tax returns. Scheduling, managing personnel, get involved with hiring, tracking PTO for staff, managing all vendor relationships, scheduling IT vendor when needed, etc.
To be seen, Candidates MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING FOR THIS ROLE
College Degree
Must have Full-Charge Bookkeeping experience from a Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Law Firm in which they were actively involved in client settlement disbursements made through the Trust Account.
Must have at least 5 years’ experience of relevant bookkeeping experience.
Must have at least 3 years of law firm experience handling Trust Account case settlement distributions.
