Sales Administrator

Are you great at administrative tasks? PrideStaff on behalf of a client in Ft. Lauderdale is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Administrator to provide excellent support to their sales team 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preparing quotes
  • Responding to customer calls and emails
  • Assisting the sales staff in completing customer paperwork
  • Entering all incoming orders into system and sending order confirmations to customers
  • Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their products and services. 
  • Process orders via email and phone
  • Check orders and invoices for accuracy
  • Follow up on open quotes
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Update sales and customer records
  • Create purchase orders based on sales forecast
  • Monitor current inventory levels to ensure that we have enough product on hand to fulfill customer requests

Sales Administrator Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in this role
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of NetSuite Oracle is preferred 
  • Experience with both national and international customers.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
  • Able to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines.
  • Must be willing to submit to a Background and a Drug Test
