Experience in flooring, project management, or similar is strongly preferred.

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Metairie, LA . The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong administrative skills to oversee the daily operations of our office.

Responsibilities:

  • - Assist the operation's owner with daily administrative duties, such as communicating with customers, scheduling project estimate appointments, etc.
  • - Maintain a good general knowledge of flooring products and services offered
  • - Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • - Vendor management and coordination of office supplies and services
  • - Office management, including maintaining office equipment and facilities
  • - Calendar management for executives and team members when needed
  • - Communicate effectively with internal staff and external partners

Qualifications:

Experience in flooring, project management, or similar is strongly preferred.

  • - Proven experience in office management or a similar role
  • - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, RFMS, or other flooring-centric software programs)
  • - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
