Seeking an administrative assistant in property management able to assist upper management, other staff members, tenants and new clients by handling office tasks, providing polite, helpful, positive and professional assistance via phone, mail, email while also being accurate. Administrative assistant should be comfortable with computer, general office tasks and excel both verbal and written communication. Requires excellent organizational skills, flexibility and time management. As well as, a knack for problem solving and being capable of working independently with little oversight. Respond to requests from colleges, tenants and clients in a timely manner while prioritizing multiple tasks. Responsible and punctual to be at work Monday through Friday 9 a. m. to 3 p. m.

 

· Provide regular administrative support to staff and other parties

· Create and maintain an accurate office filing system

· Making sure documents are accurate, timely and facilitate easy retrieval of information

· Managing correspondence by answering emails, mail, phone calls and redirect to appropriate parties

· Ability to work and prioritize without supervision

· Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
