Job duties and responsibilities:

Recruiting: Actively review applications and resumes daily, conduct phone interviews and screenings, ask interview questions to qualify candidates.

Onboarding: Performing data-entry, entering applicant information in Applicant Tracking System, complete onboarding forms, such as disclosure forms, W-4 Form, Handbook Receipt.

  • Working with colleagues to grow client base and business
  • Recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positions to fit client requirements
  • Conducting reference checks, drug screens, and background checks on potential hires
  • Account management; speaking with client companies on a daily basis

Administrative: Correspond by email, utilize web-based programs, perform data-entry, use computer programs, heavy phone contact, and administrative tasks, as needed.

  • Filling job orders with urgency
  • Sales calls to potential prospects in area
  • Writing and posting ads on the job boards
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience Required:

  • Knowledge of business and office procedures, and customer service experience preferred.
  • Outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to sell
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Self starter, quick learner, goal oriented

Hours: Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm
