Experienced Electrician Needed for Manufacturing Environment
The Methodical Group are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a Journeyman's card or at least 8 years of hands-on experience working with manufacturing equipment.
Key Qualifications:
- Journeyperson electrical card AND 8 years documented on company letterhead relevant job experience.
- Manufacturing Experience: Proven track record of electrical maintenance and repair in a manufacturing setting.
- Electrical Expertise: Strong understanding of high-voltage (medium voltage), 480V, 120V, and 24-volt DC circuitry.
- PLC Proficiency: Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), particularly Allen Bradley.
- CNC Machine Knowledge: Familiarity with CNC machining processes and controllers, such as Fanuc and Siemens.
- Technical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, read blueprints and schematics, and follow safety protocols.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Automotive Industry Experience: Background in the automotive manufacturing sector.
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift and occasional Saturdays.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of $40/hour, plus a $1 shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
- Overtime pay at 1.5x hourly rate for hours worked beyond 40 per week and Saturdays.
- Double time pay for Sundays and holidays.
- Opportunity for direct hire with a stable company.
