We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and possess a strong understanding of IT Managed Services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives while earning competitive commissions.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities within the target market.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their IT needs and objectives.
3. Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend tailored IT Managed Services solutions that align with clients' business requirements.
4. Develop and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to key decision-makers.
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to execute effective lead generation campaigns and strategies.
6. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals and achieve sales targets.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
8. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

**Qualifications:**
1. Proven track record of success in commission-based sales, preferably in the IT industry or related field.
2. Strong understanding of IT Managed Services, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, network infrastructure, and software solutions.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
5. Self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales targets and achieve results.
6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
7. Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus.
