IC System is looking for someone who shares our company core focus and values. Job Summary:

  • Handle both outbound and inbound calls in Spanish and English to collect on delinquent accounts
  • Build rapport by communicating in a consumer-friendly manner
  • Use friendly, ethical, and effective negotiation techniques
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly goals
     

Schedule:

  • 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday, for the first 2 weeks
  • After training, you can create your own schedule, Monday to Friday between 7am-8pm
  • No evenings or weekends required

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
