Job Summary

EPS Group, Inc. (EPS Group) is seeking a Regional Manager who will have accountability for the strategy, development and execution related to EPS Group’s enterprise-wide service offerings. Our Regional Manager will be accountable for operational activities, strategic growth and business development activities within the Southern Arizona region. The ideal candidate would be based in the metropolitan Tucson area and must be willing and able to travel as needed to support business operations.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead, execute, and manage strategic planning, marketing, client/business development, project execution and capture planning associated within Southern Arizona regional operations.
  • Manage multiple project teams in all aspects of project management and planning to achieve project goals and
  • Build and train project teams to expand their capabilities by establishing best practices, policies, tools, methodologies, quality assurance and control, tools, and templates.
  • Communicate effectively (written and verbal) internally (interdepartmental and intradepartmental) and externally (inclusive of clients, sub-consultants, agencies). Responsible for enterprise-wide service offerings and profit center within the region.
  • Clearly communicates and creates commitment to the organization's vision, mission, and goals, and provides leadership to ensure aligned execution.
  • Champions and models company culture to foster a success-oriented and accountable
  • Leads and models proactive communication and cooperation among departments to create a culture of inclusiveness and responsiveness to the needs of our associates, clients, and the communities we serve.
  • Initiate and lead business development activities to grow existing relationships and foster new relationships with clients, partners, and municipalities.
  • Drive regional revenue growth and profit through collaborative service and geographic expansion as outlined in the EPS Group strategic plan, supported by new and existing client relationships and strategic partnerships.
  • Assist in shaping short-range and long-range operating plans and policies addressing operations, human resources, financial performance, and business growth.
  • Lead and support enterprise-wide program (Health & Safety, Quality, Training)
  • Lead and support growth and expansion initiatives as directed by
  • Collaborates with Department Managers to achieve established targets, goals, and desired
  • Collaborates with Business Development, Marketing and Branding leadership to support regional market
  • Coach, mentor, motivate
  • Identify strategic alliances and partnerships to build brand reputation and market
  • Lead and work in alignment with revenue, profit, and KPIs targets (individual, market, and company).
  • Represent and negotiate on behalf of EPS with executive-level clients, government, public officials, within the community, and professional organizations. May require attending meetings after hours.
  • Serve on at least one community and industry Board (aligned with company philanthropic framework and not to exceed 10% of hours worked).
  • Work in alignment and in collaboration with CEO and Controller to prepare forecasts and monitor market
  • Works in support of companywide Decision & Authority
  • Facilitate collaboration, communication, and efficiency by removing and or minimizing
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional leadership across the
  • Achieve a 25%-30% Billable Utilization
  • Responsible for completing personal timecards


Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Planning, or a related field (PE License preferred).
  • Preferred 10 years’ experience in performance management and leadership
  • Preferred AEC Industry License or equivalent
  • Preferred 15 years’ experience in AEC industry, to include project
  • Established relevant client relationships and industry contacts in the
  • Strategic thinker who can connect vision and strategy to tactical
  • Strong organizational development skills with confidence to develop others and
  • Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills, including leading up, across, and down the organization with various team sizes internally and externally.
  • Demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to lead business growth through building Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business
  • Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross-functional
  • Work with autonomy requiring limited direction, achieving determined
  • Initiates methods or procedures in alignment to complete tasks and take calculated

Physical Requirements

  • Required to stand, walk, and

  • Requires prolonged sitting with 15% of the time spent bending and reaching during office work and prolonged standing with a significant amount of time spent bending, squatting, and reaching when working in the field.
  • Must have manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and
  • Noise levels are consistent with a standard office environment when working in an However, when working in the field, noise levels vary from ambient outdoor levels to those requiring ear protection.
  • Able to sit for an extended period while in transit to job
  • This position may require outdoor work, ranging from extreme heat to below freezing temperatures and the potential for uneven terrain.
