FULFILLMENT SPECIALIST: 

The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for Member fulfillment duties including, but not limited to, receiving, processing, and maintaining Member orders. Fulfillment Specialist will also assist reception as a backup if needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITIES: 

  • Member Calls and Emails – Provide courteous and professional member service assistance via emails and phone calls. Requests may include updating member addresses for the mailing of member kits.

  • Fulfillment Order Tracking – Organizing all the return to sender mail and bad address files, providing numbers/data to review of all the returns to track and present to supervisor.

  • Address Research – Researching and finding accurate addresses of members to send out fulfillment kits to in which a return to sender or bad address was provided. This may be searching on white pages, emails, calling members to remail/process fulfillment.

  • Expense Management – Find ways to re-use member kit documents that can be used once again rather than discard, tracking cost savings as a result.

  • Monthly Invoice Assistance – Monthly assistance with filtering through fulfillment orders and booking expenses to relevant sales channels.

  • Communication – Daily phone and email communication with members, other departments, fulfillment company, and accounting to support staff relating to various steps in the fulfillment process.

  • Fulfillment Tasks – Data entry and transactional support pertaining to Member fulfillment. Communicate with fulfillment company relating to various steps of the fulfillment process.

  • Reception Backup Tasks – Perform all the tasks of the receptionist when needed as a backup. Receive and greet visitors, coordinate all deliveries and pickups, and handle all incoming, outgoing, and returned mail.
