  • Utilize online databases to retrieve reports and conduct information searches to determine Music and Voice open order requirements.
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance new processes, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Work collaboratively to meet client deadlines, accommodate rush assignments, and handle last-minute requests.
  • Configure media devices for fulfillment and verify payload accuracy.
  • Perform mild Linux code modifications to support client-based payloads.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client data and information.
  • Assist with database maintenance and updates within Mood Media's proprietary systems.
  • Conduct quality control checks to verify device fulfillment against database information.
  • Process shipments using 3rd party shipping software.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma and 1+ years of experience.
