We are currently seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for a full-time opportunity in Beltsville, MD. You will be responsible for receiving calls from residents who want to report work orders and repairs needed in their apartment homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete work order entry into computer
  • Work with maintenance team to confirm receipt of tickets
  • Take resident calls and take detailed notes of issue in apartment
  • Follow-up with residents to ensure problem has been resolved to their satisfaction
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude that is solution oriented

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service required; ideally as a maintenance coordinator or administrator
  • Familiarity with maintenance related issues; lingo and verbiage
  • Ability to handle multi-line phones and computers
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
