On-Site Position: As an Accounts Payable Lead, you will be an integral part of our financial team, ensuring the smooth completion of the payment cycle and the meticulous control of expenses. Your role will involve receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices using the 3-way matching process. You will be the point person with all the vendors. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Do you have a keen eye for detail? Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval before processing payments.
  • Are you familiar with 3-way matching? Enter all vouchers into our accounts payable accounting system to ensure seamless payment processing.
  • How do you handle tight deadlines? Regularly follow up with our Purchasing Department to expedite unbilled receipts.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough files and documentation, adhering to company policy and accounting best practices.
  • Be the go-to person for vendor inquiries—can you handle it?
  • Assist with month-end closing procedures.
  • Compile and analyze monthly contract expiration data, follow up on renewals, and prepare insightful reports for management.
  • Ensure accuracy within the Billing System through new contract setups, addendum adjustments, and mass system updates.
  • Provide critical support to the Account Management team with various requests.

Experience:

  • Do you have at least four (4) years of experience in accounts payable?

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Advanced Excel skills—are you an Excel wizard?
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • A proven ability to meet deadlines consistently.
