In addition to the 'The Big 3', The C House offers its guests a collection of consciously-curated goods that also all start with the letter 'C’ (think cheeseburgers to candied lamb pops, chicken wings to caprese, cauliflower buffalo bites to cast iron filet, cupcakes to cookies, Cabernet to Chianti, and craft cocktails to craft beer). We are searching for a dedicated and committed Bar Manager/FoH Manager to join our team
The ideal candidate is:
• **An experienced hospitality manager who is well-versed with the 'ins-and-outs' of restaurant operations/management**;
• Experienced with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and promoting;
• WHOLLY COMMITTED to maintaining a beautiful, clean restaurant and bar with efficient SOPs;
• Comfortable spearheading weekly bar inventory and ordering for the Bar Program;
• Excited about the opportunity to generate sales and maximize operations (including by means of creating/implementing contests/staff incentives);
• Comfortable handling and resolving guest issues/complaints;
• Committed to ensuring that staff is following and exceeding all Government-outlined food control and safety regulations;
• Experienced creating employee schedules based on anticipated guest counts/labor goals;
• Committed to excellence and takes pride in providing guests with an elevated experience;
• Personable, warm, hospitable, and a unwavering leader;
