Summary:

Claims Support is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the claims department. This person will support each sub department within Claims Operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To scan claims and other documentation into Laserfiche
• Assist in audit preparation
• Provide backup for mailroom
• Provide backup for claims processors
• Assist the department in letter writing and distribution
• Adhere to organization policies and procedures
• Promote a spirit of cooperation and understanding among all personnel
• Maintain production standards established by claims management.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Must be vaccinated against COVID-19

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

· Strong organizational skills.

· Knowledge of computers

· Ability to be flexible in high volume setting
