  • Support production with their use of high precision cutting tools such as drills, reamers, taps, mills, etc
  • Coordinate projects and communicate findings. Some examples are:
  • Develop, test, and implement tool improvements to yield cost savings for end user
  • Lead collaborative meetings with customer
  • Work closely with customer engineering department to support tooling suggestions and alterations
  • Review all premature tooling and perform root cause analysis following 5Y/8D principles
  • Drive scrap reduction and improve machining up-time for customer
