Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Manage and respond to emails, correspondences, and other forms of communication.
- Maintain electronic and physical records, filing systems, and databases.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements for field crew.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the organization
- Perform other duties as assigned
Administration Assistant Requirements and Qualifications
- Associates degree or High school diploma.
- 2+ years of administrative experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office Suite
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Bilingual (fluent in Spanish and English)
