We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and multitalented individual who is ready to take on a rewarding career as a Quotations/Inside Sales Team Member in our Waipahu Hawaii office.

Delco Sales is an industry leading manufacturer’s representative providing service to California, Nevada, and Hawaii since 1963. Delco Sales proudly represents over 50 brands within the plumbing and heating, waterworks and fire protection, and irrigation verticals.

Position Description

Our number one goal is to create a brand preference for the manufacturers we represent. Developing relationships and trust by creating a customer service experience unmatched in all market segments. This position works with customers to find what they want, create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process.

Duties and Responsibilities

Exceptional Customer Service:

  • Helpful and positive attitude with our Customers
  • Willing to make every effort to assure the Customers’ needs are met
  • Returns calls and emails promptly
  • Listen and problem solve for the Customer
  • Strong attention to details

As a Quotations/Inside Salesperson you will have a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

  • Serve as a point of contact for sales inquiries
  • Team Support: working with our Outside Sales team to understand customers' requirements and provide product recommendations and solutions
  • Preparing and submitting accurate quotations and submittal packages
  • Full understanding of product line(s): Follow process and procedures for selling all product lines we represent
  • Follow up throughout the completion of the customer's purchasing cycle
  • Coordinate order fulfillment and timely deliveries for shipping and local pick up in our warehouse
  • Complete some warehousing tasks related to sales duties

Qualifications

  • Experience with order entry and quotations for the Plumbing, Construction, HVAC industries.
  • Strong computer skill with Microsoft products
  • Able to communicate clearly in English, verbally and through written form
  • Professional manner
  • Self-motivated
  • Team player
