Professional management company is seeking a full time community groundskeeper, schedule is Monday-Friday

Duties Include (but are not limited to):
*Upkeep of the apartment community grounds, amenities, parking lots, building interiors and exteriors and similar areas.
*Remove trash from apartment community perimeter on a daily basis.
*Upkeep of the common areas, upkeep of restrooms and related.
*Delivering resident/community letters per address.
*Assist Property Manager/Maintenance Techs and/or perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
*Upkeep of property consisting of changing outside light bulbs, cleaning vacant unit patio areas
*Assist maintenance with swimming pool and outdoor amenities when in season
*Report in maintenance concerns around the property and/or common areas to maintenance or property manager.
*Light gardening; weeding, trimming, mulching.

Requirements:
*Interacting with community -- everyone sees you and you are a reflection of us
*The work is mostly outdoors, through all seasons and weather.
*Attention to detail is a must
*It is a physically demanding and fast-paced job.

Shift hours are between 9am - 6pm, Mon-Fri
