We are currently seeking a Maintenance Associate to join our team You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

 

SUMMARY

The Maintenance Associate II provides entry-level support to the Maintenance Department by applying predictive and preventive maintenance procedures for all facility equipment. The Maintenance Associate II works with general supervision and will interact with a supervisor several times a week, perhaps daily, to receive guidance and feedback. Many non-routine activities will require a supervisor’s advance approval.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTRIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

· Basic mechanical and electrical skills to perform minor maintenance on conveyor equipment, plumbing fixtures and lighting.

· Trash removal, sweeping and general cleaning duties.

· Operate with basic power hand tools, pallet jacks and sweepers.

· Identify conditions that affect employee safety.

· Consistently maintains a high level of activity through the entire shift with the occasional need of overtime.

· Possess the ability to complete given tasks with minimal supervision.

First, Second, Mid and Third shifts.

  • Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
