Job Summary:

QHL Staffing is seeking a true HUNTER in a Sales Executive who is highly motivated, and results oriented to join our team. As a Staffing Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth through proactive sales efforts and fostering strong client relationships. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored staffing solutions. This role requires excellent communications skills, a customer-focused mindset, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical skills to think outside the box and adapt to changing market conditions.

Responsibilities:

Include the following but are not limited to:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
  • Prospect, network, and cold call to generate new leads where there are high demands for staffing services and identify potential clients.
  • Gain knowledge of potential client’s current needs and staffing issues to develop a promised partnership that provides care and problem-solving support.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in targeted leads and potential customers by highlighting and demonstrating our company values.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, emerging technologies in the staffing industry, and competitor activities.
  • Develop sales strategies with the upmost courage to develop new ideas and think outside the box by staying competitive and adapting to changing demands.
  • Utilize previous sales expertise and knowledge to propel growth and attain sales targets.
  • Present staffing solutions and negotiate terms of service agreements.
  • Acquire a full understanding of client’s staffing needs by conducting necessary and thorough assessments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of staffing services for each client.
  • Assist with necessary off-site meetings and/or walkthroughs as needed with clients.
  • Tracking mileage and submitting mileage reports by weekly deadlines.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, especially safety policies.
  • 80% of work time will be dedicated to field activities, primarily engaging in door-to-door headhunting, while the remaining 20% of time will be allocated for office tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Required to have 2-5 years of experience with sales in the staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of maintaining sustainable client relationships over time.
  • Proven track record of success in closing staffing sales.
  • Must be able to travel 80% out in the field and 20% in the office.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, and driven environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Must process a valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness to work flexible work hours to accommodate client meetings and events as needed.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Shift Details

  • Position is stationed with the home office in Colton CA
  • Associate will be required to work on the field and in the office daily
  • Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with possible weekends or evenings depending on any events required to attend for networking
  • Pay depends on experience $22.00-$26.00 an hour plus UNLIMITED commission
  • Pay day is weekly on Fridays
  • Associate will be required to clock in and out on provided company cell phone
  • The mobile punch function does require GPS location and will track while on the clock

Physical Requirements and Environmental Conditions:

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Able to bend, lift, stoop, crawl, sitting and standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and humidity, if necessary.
  • Ability to hear and understand audible signals and instructions in a noisy environment.
  • Good vision, including depth perception and peripheral vision.
  • Exposure to loud noises and vibration.
  • Clear verbal and nonverbal communication abilities to follow instructions, collaborate with team members, and report any safety concerns promptly.
  • Ability to move through warehouse/offices safely.
