RN - Clinical Care Manager (Dialysis)

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPride Health is currently hiring a RN-Clinical Care Manager (Dialysis) for a client in McKees Rocks, PA (Permanent)
Schedule:

• This is currently a 6 day/week clinic, but they will be changing to M-W-F in the next 3 weeks.
• Details: 4 Shifts, MWF & a Tues or Thurs, 10 Hour Shift Per Day.
  • Start Time: 5:00 or 5:30am
  • Shift End time: 3:00 or 7:00pm

Type: Permanent, Full timeSalary Range: $80k-$110,000Job Duties:

• The client is seeking an ambitious, operationally focused, and results driven leader.
• As a Clinic Manager you will oversee the clinical, regulatory, and operational functions of our outpatient facility.
• This is accomplished by hiring, developing, and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years’ RN experience - REQUIRED
• Dialysis experience
• Dialysis management experience
• Active RN license
• BLS Certification
