**Job Overview:**
As the Sales Manager at Vallejo Nissan, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales department to drive sales growth and achieve dealership objectives. You will lead and motivate the sales team, implement effective sales strategies, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in automotive sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase dealership revenue and market share.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to ensure high performance and professionalism.
- Set sales goals and objectives for individual sales team members and provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and team members.
