Overview
We are seeking a skilled Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee overall office operations and procedures
- Oversee and follow up with any sales leads
- Handle all title and tag duties
- Package and verify all new deals and send to appropriate lenders and banks
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and vendors
- Oversee social media and keep inventory updated on website
- Responsible for cash handling and preparing bank deposits
- Assist in clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance
- Work to build relationships with banks and lenders
Skills
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask while staying organized
- Experience with title work is a plus
